Gold Beach, OR 97444

This one-of-a-kind 19-acre parcel, historically known as Merservy Meadows, offers a rare blend of natural beauty and potential. With lush meadows, towering Myrtlewood trees, and a mature orchard bearing fruit, the property is a haven for wildlife, including elk and deer. Currently utilized as a recreational retreat, it features four well-equipped campsites, each with water and power, along with an established well. The shop on-site is fully functional with power, water, a full bath (including a shower), and a kitchen, making it perfect for extended stays or hosting gatherings. There is also an additional campsite with power beside the shop. Just a short walk along the creek brings you to the famous Rogue River, opening up possibilities for fishing, exploration, or relaxation. The property is level and offers ample space for family camping, events, or further development — with potential for a fishing lodge or other ventures. The seller is open to sharing valuable information with interested buyers to help unlock the property's full potential. A beautiful, sunny location that offers privacy and endless possibilities.
